WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
In the very unlikely event you would like to return your Day Out products, we provide a generous 30 day free return policy. This applies to products that haven’t been used and are still with their original packaging. Email us via our contact us page if you wish to return an item.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Same as our returns, if you decide to exchange one piece for another you have a generous 30 days to get it back to us and we will swap it out for a piece of the same price.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Please email us via our contact page detailing the fault. Photos will help greatly! We will gladly send a new product or provide a refund if you choose so.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Your item will generally arrive within 5-7 business days after placing your order. We post every day, although sometimes (rarely to be honest) parcels can be slightly delayed and take a little longer. From November onwards is generally the peak season for online sales, so if you need things before Christmas please order well in advance.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Day Out is based in and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We ship with Australia Post, and Sendle (who utilize Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR OVERSEAS?
We deliver to both! Australia Post handles the PO Boxes, and Sendle sorts out international deliveries.
IS THERE TRACKING WITH MY ORDER?
Sure is. Your tracking code will be updated and emailed to you shortly after we have shipped your parcel. If you created an account with no email attached and only SMS, we will SMS the code to you.
I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
If you can quickly (within the day preferably) contact us we can easily change it before it is shipped. If we have already sent it to the incorrect address and you don’t think you can retrieve it, the onus is on the buyer and we won’t be able to resend or refund the order.
