CUSTOM DESIGN FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
We can do as little as a single unit on most products, although it can be somewhat costly. Significant price savings start at a minimum of 5 units.
Does the minimum order quantity have to be all the same product?
Yes the recommended MOQ of 5 units does apply to one product, one design, one gender, but you can get mixed sizes. Example: A single cycling jersey design, mens, 2x Small, 1 medium, 2 large.
How long does it take?
From final artwork sign-off and deposit payment, delivery is within 6-8 weeks.
What sizes are available? Mens & womens?
Our sizes are XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL | XXXL – for both men’s and women’s options.
What are the shipping costs?
Yes we charge a flat fee of $60.00 AUD for shipping anywhere to Australia.
Can custom items be returned?
No we are afraid not, custom items are non-returnable if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Does it get cheaper the more you order?
Yes it does! Orders of a single unit are the most expensive, orders over 20 units see significant discounts.
How much does it cost?

What is the order process?
Confirm the minimum order quantities and sizes, finalise your kit design, approve and pay your deposit, and 8 weeks later your custom gear will be with you.
How do we get the right sizes?
All size charts can be sent to you or are available via our website. Chargeable samples are also available on request.
What happens if I cancel my order?
Once the artwork is signed off and the deposit is paid, your order is placed with the factory. If you cancel your order after this point we will be unable to return your non-refundable deposit.
When do we have to pay for the order?
A 50% deposit is due upon placement of your order, and the remaining 50% balance payment is due before delivery.
Is it possible to order samples to help with sizing selection and fit?
Yes, although additional sample size fees and time will be incurred.
Does my price include artwork?
We provide basic logo placement and solid colours/basic patterns as part of our custom service. If you want something more creative or speicific but not exactly sure what, our graphic design team also offers custom ground-up designs charged at $40/hour.
